Junior / Trainee Catering Service Engineer

As a Junior/Trainee Commercial Catering Service Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing our state-of-the-art commercial catering equipment. From brat pans to combination ovens, you’ll be part of a small, dynamic team, receiving unparalleled support and training to propel you towards becoming an ERLO specialist. We are looking for someone who is confident and professional, with a professional attitude towards work and the ability to multitask. You will need to be able to work to deadlines, and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and maintain a diverse range of ERLO commercial catering equipment.
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment with precision, including brat pans, boilers, pressure boilers, combination ovens, fryers, grills, and griddles, cooking ranges, and more.
The nature of your job is such that you are required to work at any place in the United Kingdom. For this reason, the successful candidate will ideally need a full driving license for private/light goods vehicles.

Attributes & Skills:
- Experience in the repair & maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment (preferably in commercial catering equipment)
- Reliable and professional attitude towards work
- Effective Communication Skills
- Ability to build good customer relationships
- Self-motivated and willingness to work (‘can do attitude).
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Flexible/Adaptable/methodical
- Effective problem solver
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi task daily
- Basic maintenance/PPM's skills
- Presentable
- Basic IT Skills

- Good level of English and Maths
