Within the initial customer consultancy, our ELRO kitchen equipment specialists help you define the kitchen needs according to the following:

  • Preferred cooking process (e.g., cook and serve or cook and chill)

Solution Presentation

Once we have gone through the initial phase, we will build custom-made solutions to match your unique kitchen needs. We’ll provide:

  • Expert advice on ELRO appliance selection.
  • Transparent ROI calculation covering all costs.
  • Full set of mechanical and electrical installation drawings, including kitchen layout, floor and drain plans, and necessary power, water, and steam connections. 

Installation

Now, it’s the time to get into action. Our Elite Kitchen Service gears up for the installation stage.

As trained ELRO specialists, we will:

  • Install the ELRO appliances.
  • Perform initial testing.
  • Provide basic training for operation, maintenance, and daily care.
